[Minor] Edit the new CPU pinning settings page to include a CPU Emulator Pin section...

Currently I manually edit all my VM's to include an Emulatorpin section, and pin the core that I have UnRaid isolated to...

 

Would it be possible to include another section of the Settings CPU Pinning page for emulatorpin?

I would love this too!! It would be an excellent addition to the CPU pinning capability we have now and make things easier as I have to add this manually to my 20 or so docker containers and VMs.

What is the reason to use the emulator pin?
