Unable to update, download or port forward to containers

Hello,

 

I'm currently unable to update, download or port forward to containers. Had no issues with unRaid or dockers until recently.

 

Move house new internet router a modem call come with me from one location to another no changes other than IP address.

 

All containers say update ready but when clicking it just hangs on please wait with the log producing the following

 

upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading upstream, client: *

 

Tried creating a new container same again hangs with same error. 

 

Turned docker of back on same. 

 

Changed container to have IP address from my network. Same issue.

 

Port forwarding on router works without issue.

 

PLEX container port forwarding is setup but unable to access externally, setup PLEX on win10 port forward to another IP same port works fine.

 

Any help would be great I've spent days on this now.
