Issues with Docker

Since a couple updates ago, I have had issues with my dockers all going down, and the docker tab not loading.  Now I can't even open the dockersettings tab. 

 

I am still pretty new to docker, so I havent much clue how to figure these things out.

 

This was the last log entry when I tried to open dockersettings.

Edit-  Just was playing with things, and turned off VMs from the VM manager, and all my dockers and docker tabs came back online and are running fine.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
