November 4, 20187 yr Been wanting to do an unRAID build for a while, for Plex, Private Cloud server, VM labs as well as possibly doing something like having a gaming VM with GPU pass through. Original plan was to build an AMD TR2 build but thats going to cost me around 4k after im all said and done with it. My Drobo5n just died. lost all my data which is a bummer so i am looking to replace it soon. So i was thinking why not goto ebay and find a cheap build. any thoughts on this Build i found on ebay? Yes its used and older but from what i see on the specs its cheap and will do everything i want it to do besides the gaming portion. I wanted to get community thoughts before i rush in to it. Not a good choice if you need to transcode in plex (but should be fine otherwise).
