Server slowed way down on copies to

I was running just fine in my new setup. I've only accessed the occasional file for the last few months.

 

Well time came to copy files upto the server and where I previously got like 30 to 40 mbit/sec now I'm lucky to get 10mbit.

 

I had changed nothing in either the server or my network config.

 

 

I went ahead and restarted my router and switch but nothing changed.

Also i went ahead an upgraded to the latest stable. Same problem persist.

 

Any suggestions?
