Migration Questions: Unraid v6.4

Read several threads, and feel it is pretty straight forward.  Migrating from an AMD FX4100 to an intel 6700k.  Just a few questions:

 

1) Can I swap out my cache drives?  want to pool a 960pro and evo 850?

2) Can I create an image of a windows install (currently on the 6700k) and run it as a VM on server?  If so, what is the best way to accomplish this (macrium? vhd?)

3) Is passthrough to said virtual machine of 1070gtx easy?
