Thanks for looking. I just re-uploaded the log.

The mce happens prior to mcelog being installed.  If your BIOS has an event log, then check it out to see if it has any suggestions.

 

Beyond that, you pretty much have to wait to see if it happens again to determine anything.  I have a feeling though that this *may* not be an actual issue.  But don't quote me on that.

It appears to happen as the cpu is initialising. I'm not sure whether you can draw any conclusions from that though.

Thanks. I did a re-scan and the problem still shows. Is that meaningful? Is it worth re-posting the mcelog information?
