I was wondering if this patch could somehow be applied to qemu? It appears currently that the cache isn't mapped properly for threadripper 2990wx in qemu. This is supposed to help with that. If there is a way I can do this myself please tell me and I'll simply apply it myself.

It's not related to the 2990wx only. First gen 1950x shows the same behaviour. I guess this is related to all Threadripper models.

Ryzen 2700x owner here. My cache values are also incorrect so this patch may also help us guys out as well.
