Figured this out. It was a reverse proxy issue!

in the documentserver.subdomain.conf file in the proxy-conf folder for swag, add the following line under "location / {". I placed mine after "include /config/nginx/resolber.conf;"

# Allow for OpenOffice embedded in Nextcloud to run

add_header Content-Security-Policy "frame-ancestors 'self' https://[yourNEXTCLOUDdomain].com";

Restart swag, good to go.

Hey everyone,

I am hoping someone can help me out. for some reason unbeknownst to me, OnlyOffice can no longer open any documents. I get a 404 Not Found Error

The file itself is there, and I can download it successfully

Onlyoffice web loads up just fine

But I cannot open any office document in Nextcloud, the OnlyOffice settings are all correct. This was all working, and it just stopped.

The logs for OnlyOffice show an error that says "No such file or directory" but as I said, I can download the file all day long and edited outside of nextcloud/onlyoffice and re-upload it which is what I have been doing. So I know the file is there. I did have my parity drive go offline because of a failure, I was able to replace it and get it rebuilt. But I don't know or understand how that would be causing this issue. All the other drives are working just fine, and nothing else on my server is broken.

OnlyOffice is up to date, along with all the other dockers associated with Nextcloud. So if anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve this, I would be very grateful. As I said I've just been downloading my files, editing them, and re-uploading which is a pain.
