Hi Guys

 

I have the above xeon but I cant get my head around whether turbo boost is working or not. I have enabled it in the bios but cpuz reports 2.4ghz in VMs irrespective of load. I read in the forums that VMs only report base clock so I was wondering if there is a way to tell if turbo boost is working or not

 

I have an asrock extreme 4 x99 mobo

    You can also play with lscpu, but the above always works on Linux.
