My array is suddenly lost

I have a working array of 15 drives. Suddenly it vanish. Here are the screenshot. I have attached the syslog of when it happens. I cant get Diagnostic.zip file as when it happens webgui doesnt working properly.

 

Please advise.

    Try rebooting

     

    P.S.: don't know what encfs is but it's complaining.
