loosing network connection

I recently had to change out my ryzen motherboards for a new ryzen motherboard. As I was advised a couple of months back to disable to c state I have done the same on this motherboard and it seems not to be working I am still losing network connection. Is there anyone out there with any good ideas to help me out.

    Update to latest bios and look for a "power supply idle control" or similar setting, then set it to "typical current idle" or try all the settings.
