I just got a 500GB SSD And I'd like to replace my older drive without losing the appdata & vm files. What's the best way of backing up all of my info.

Thank you very much johnnie.black, i was trying to upgrade it using space invader 1 on youtube blog "how to upgrade or replace an existing cache drive" in with he used Krusader unfortunately the setup procedures for that are a little out dated.
