Find and replace character in multiple folders

Hello, we have a bunch of folders copied over from MacOS to UnRaid SMB share.

 

We would like to find the folders within unraid that contain the characters * and /

 

* should be replaced with ~

/ should be replaced with -

 

What is the best way to do this?
