Because of this:

Nov 20 06:40:52 Server emhttpd: unclean shutdown detected

Do you have a UPS?  Bad RAM? (run memtest)? Bad P/S? Put Fix Common Problems plugin into troubleshooting mode and do what it says

any of you can see if the logs report anything that can cause the parity check running out of the Scheduled?

Your server uptime is around 4 hours.

It is what @Squid pointed out, due to an unscheduled reboot of your system, it started a parity check to verify integrity.
