Web GUI unresponsive v6.6.5

I've seen this reported before but wanted to throw in my diagnostics and see if someone can have a look. I'm a new unRAID user and am enjoying it very much. I ran these diagnostics this morning but after 3 hours they did not finish. I then restarted them and they still seemed to be hung. I then removed a 1.5TB WD USB drive I had plugged in and voila. Maybe the external drive is the issue?

Thank you

It is. Your USB controller is resetting the connection repeatedly:

Nov 19 20:34:42 Tower kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:09:00.0: WARN Cannot submit Set TR Deq Ptr
Nov 19 20:34:42 Tower kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:09:00.0: A Set TR Deq Ptr command is pending.
Nov 19 20:34:42 Tower kernel: usb 6-1: reset SuperSpeed Gen 1 USB device number 2 using xhci_hcd

I disconnected the drive, formatted it in windows and all is well with it reconnected. Thanks so much for the feedback.

The problem isn't with the file system on the disk, but with the USB link. All you have effectively done is unplug it and plug it back in. Don't be surprised if it happens again, though often reseating a connector does help.
