No, you will not get over 200MB/s. You probably need the turbo-encabulated version of Linux for that and cannot use green drives. (Due to be written some time soon)

September 17, 201015 yr Author X? You know a sof(That even use raid 5 like freenas..) that will give me written of 200MBps wif HD204WI /X5??
September 17, 201015 yr software raid is unlikely to get you there. Look for a hardware raid solution with enough onboard RAM on it. Cards like Perc 5-i with a battery pack will get you on the way. May I ask you why you even need 200MBps?
September 17, 201015 yr Author I am really need only 125MBps becos my 1Gbps rauter.. You think that the raid 5 that on this madrbord GMA790GPTUD3 will give me bater razols of written from raid on sof??

Your 1GBps router is not capable of 125MB/s throughput. None are using any protocol involved you'll be using. You need to re-think and do some more homework. Furthermore, the device writing to the disk is highly un-likely to be able to be able to send data at that rate AND disk drives cannot write at much more than about 100MB/s even if not in a raid array. You are in the wrong forum, and unRAID is the wrong product for you is those are your needs. For what you are requesting, you need fiber connections, not 1000Mb/s, but much faster, and hardware raid, and better sentence structure to accurately state your needs... and more importantly, your intended usage of the array.
