November 22, 20187 yr Hey, I have a windows 10 VM with my GPU passthrough drivers install ok but I can get the GPU tool (for OCing, fan speed etc) to open... im new to VMS is this a VM thing do utilities like this simply not work?
November 22, 20187 yr @creesy Try GPUz and MSI Afterburner, works for me. Both detecting the card correctly and i can OC my 1080ti with MSI Afterburner inside a Win10 VM. I never checked if the Asus one for my card works. Afterburner basically does exactly the same and works for any card.

November 23, 20187 yr Author So i got it to work. Even though the rx580 isnt my primary GPU i passedthrough a BIO in the VM template and that did the trick Thanks
