You've got corruption on your cache drive

I don't usually recommend BTRFS for use on a single cache drive unless your system is 100% rock solid and you've got a UPS

 

Quite possibly caused by

I don't see any particular reason for the media errors, as the SMART looks clean to me (but I'm not the expert), but I'd definitely start by reseating all the cabling to the drives

Parity disk is showing some issues:

I have already replaced new cables from amazon on both the cache and parity 

at this point in your opinion are these failing and need replacement 

or rebuild again and wait and see

Parity disk issues aren't cable related, it's the disk, you might give a second chance but I would be probably replacing it now.
