Limit read speed of mounted folder for docker container

Hi 

I will like to limit the read speed of my docker container, and if possible for a mounted folder that is running on the cache device of unraid.

i have tryed some Post Arguments but i can not get them to work

--device-read-bps="300mb"
--device-read-bps="/config:300mb"

i always get file or folder not found.

if that is not possible can i then limit the read speed for the hole docker container?
