November 25, 20187 yr Hi there! I paid for the basic plan, but I never got the email with my key. I even checked the junk/spam folder and found nothing. I've sent an email but never got a reply back yet. Any suggestions?
November 25, 20187 yr If you don't get a reply in a few hours, something is blocked. Sadly spam filters ensure email is no longer a certain way to send and receive stuff anymore.
