UnRaid 6.6.5 UI Error, White Screen

Featured Replies

So I added a new HDD 3 Days ago, Cleared it, and formatted it no problem. Updated UnRaid on Monday (5 Days ago), and Now an hour after boot it gives me a completely white Frame under the Navigation Bar on all Browsers (tested on FF, Edge, Chrome, and Opera) and on all OSes (Tested on Windows, Ubuntu, MacOS, and even UnRaid GUI mode). I have only been able to reboot VIA Shell command "reboot". Once it boots it seems fine for an hour or so then goes back to this white frame that you see in the screen shot. I want to look at the SYSLOG but Im not sure where UnRaid stores it on the File Table. Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

Please note ALL Navigational Panels (Dashboard, Main, Shares, Users, Settings, Plugins, Apps, Stats, Tools, and Problems) all have this issue, I am unable to navigate anywhere or do anything with UnRaid other than terminal.

EDIT: I found a post to get me to the Logs, using

cat /var/log/syslog

This led me to a lengthy log consisting of the same error on repeat.

Doing a little searching led me to find this thread

https://forums.unraid.net/topic/56481-directory-breadblock-8199-failed-is-this-a-usb-stick-failure-whats-the-best-approach-for-correcting-this/

Which is basicly giving a USB Error. Whether its the USB drive or the USB Port its Plugged into is yet tbd. Im Attempting to reboot via "reboot" again, then shutting down when it comes up, then I will relocat the USB to the rear IO panel. Currently its plugged into a Front Panel USB 2.0 Port.  Will Keep this post updated with progress.

Update: I moved the USB Stick to a Port on the Mobo. Checked the Logs and All seems fine. Now I have another Issue with my HDD but I think the Drive has become faulty, I bought it off Ebay knowing the risk of DOA, Im in contact with seller to verify if he can send another one out.

This is the error Im Getting:

Syslog snippets are seldom sufficient.

SAS drives don't spindown with Unraid, it's a known issue, you can ignore those syslog entries, or disable spindown for that drive and any other SAS drives so the log isn't spammed with that.
