Anyone want to take a shot at what could be causing this, seems my drives constantly spin up and down while idle only dockers running are plex and pihole can't seem to find anything there that would cause it but I'm not an expert here so it's probably staring me right in the face

I couldn't download your diagnostics - I got a "We could not locate the item you are trying to view" error - probably because it isn't a zip file. Your parity disks are involved so whatever it is involves writes to the array.

Yep I must have unzipped it before I posted I'll put up the zip file after work I was going to turn off my dockers to isolate but they are started for a reason was hoping the diags would show something maybe someone will see something in the diags when I post them thanks for the effort John! Oh and I'll post new and not update the first post 😀

Dockers are an obvious potential cause and they are easy to eliminate.
