cache drive keeps going offline

I've attached my diagnostics. For some reason every now and then my cache drive disappears and I can't see any files anymore and all my containers stop, etc... Seems to happen when I'm doing a parity check although my parity check finished today but it might have happened at the same time it was finishing. Last time I was able to reboot, mount in maintenance mode, and run xfs_repair on the cache drive. Tried to do that tonight without rebooting but it looks like I need to reboot so I grabbed diagnostics first and here I am. Can anyone take a look and give me some insight?

Looks like a connection/cable issue, first thing to try is to replace both cables.

Thank you, I will give that a shot by moving the ssd into a different slot in the server. I probably should get some sort of adapter to fit the ssd into a regular slot instead of just shoving it in there. I haven't had issues until now but that doesn't mean it couldn't appear now.
