I have 2 Unraids (Version 6.6.5), and I am facing very weird problem in one of those machines. I create new user under user tab in GUI. Now when I try to login using that username and password putty just quit and close the window immediately. I am sure I am entering the right password but still to make sure i have changed the password 2-3 times but still same issue.

I even restarting the machine as i thought may be something wrong temporary but still same issue.

 

Except root for all other users it is behaving in same way. Just FYI I have disabled Telnet and only using SSH via Putty.

 

I have also tried to enter wrong password and it give me error stating "Access denied" but when i enter correct password putty window closes immediately.

    Only root user has access to the webUI and the command line. All other users are only for network share access.
