Parity 2 HDD Disabled

I received a notification that my Parity 2 drive has been disabled due to errors. This is a new drive that I added a week ago. I am attaching my diagnostic file. If any further information is needed, please let me know. Thanks!

    Disk dropped offline so there's no SMART report, looks more like a connection problem, or the disk just died, check cables and if the disks comes back online post new diags.

    I re-connected the cables and rebooted. The disk has a SMART report now. I attached the new diagnostic file.
