September 20, 201015 yr I've been trying to move a few folders ranging in size from 1GB to 5GB to a share on my box. I get to about 25% upload and it fails. I get messages like: error code 0x80070035 the network path not found. Is this because my box only has a 10/100 card in it? If so, I'll add a D-link 305 I have in my drawer. Or - is this indicative of a different problem? My server has an 8 bay Rosewill Enclosure connected to it via a PCIe Port Multiplier. Maybe that is the problem?

A list of what hardware is in your machine along with a syslog would be very helpful. See the link in my sig to the wiki were you can find how to grab a copy of your syslog. There could be a number of things wrong, but without more info we can really only guess.
September 20, 201015 yr Author edit - opening IE makes it much more readable. How do you want me to share this information? Thank you for the reply. I've run the syslog command, rebooted and opened the file in wordpad. Should it be a bunch of run-on lines, or should it present as a line by line log of the server process? If it is supposed to be difficult for a noob to read, I can copy and paste it here if you wish?

September 20, 201015 yr Author Just so I will know for next time, did I do wrong by rebooting after I ran the syslog capture command? I may have inadveratantly removed the information that you would have needed. Also, I've attached a raw file I can open with IE and another one in txt format. Which is preferred? syslog_raw.zip syslog_txt.zip
