(Solved) Red X received and drive appears fine

I am showing a red "x" on one my drives (screenshot attached), but the disk appears to be fine (Disk 2 ... /dev/sdh).  The smart report shows the drive is ok.  I did try the drive in a different slot to make sure the slot the drive was in was not the problem.  Is this drive bad? If not, how do I get the array to accept it again.  I have included a screenshot of the array along with diagnostics and smart report for the affected drive.
