not starting UI/Server

Featured Replies

Hi Folks,

I'm moving my server to new Hardware, so I'm working locally with the UI mode.

Now, after a reboot the UI isnt accessable anymore, it seems to be timed out. When I Boot without UI, it seems my config is lost, as the login says its "Tower" instead of the Name I gave it. I tried updating to 6.6.6 (from 6.5.0) and also the save mode. Same effect all over.

What Can I do, how can I provide you more details?

Last line I see on the console tells;

/usr/local/sbin/emhttp: line 54; 5248 Segmentation Fault /usr/local/sbin/emhttpd

I have setup a cache pool and using system and domains as cache prefered settings.

Also using an auto mounted flash drive as a temp folder for transcode, etc.

The Rest should be pretty standard.

Last modifications I've done was installing the HotPlug Plugin for libvirt.

Make sure your Flash Drive in plugged into a USB2 socket.  They are often have a Black plastic insert whereas the USB3 ports have a Blue one.

I tried removing the plugins and got the system booting back. now it seems I lost all Dockers and corresponding settings. There is still about 160GB of appdata, but I can't see any containers.

Also my cache seetings seemed to be gone....
