Win10 can't see "Tower" in Network browser

I have an unRAID server and various PC's on my network. 

The problem is that my Win10 PC can't find the unRAID server in the network browser.

Even if I type in \\Tower nothing..

If I type in  \\<IP> it works.

 

I don't really know anything about windows network, but as far as I can tell they are both set to WORKGROUP.

 

How do I make the unRAID SMB shares visible from Win10?
