Permission denied for OpenVPN config file in appdata share

I can't edit the config file for open vpn because of no permission. the share has full R/W permission, any ideas?

    Not uncommon for files within AppData to not be modifiable over the network due to specific permission requirements by the apps.

     

    Use the command line (nano), or install CA CfgEditor to edit it.
