Slow parity rebuild

So I rearranged all my drives to match up disk to slow in server. Now I am rebuilding parity for my 2 parity drives.

 

Normally I get around 130-180 MB/sec but now it’s 80-90. Anyone know what might be causing this?

    Could it be the Plex, is currently rescanning your movies, etc.  Let it sit for a bit.

    K. I did turn off Docker for a bit and was still same speed. Guess I’ll keep watching it.
