VM killing the whole OS

Suddenly a VM started doing it. Once I boot it, it either won't come on and the whole System will die within a few Moments.

Sometimes it boots and everything is fine; then It seems to die, but uses all assigned cores with 100%, but I'm able to kill it.

Edit: Just got a popup from Fix Common Problems, saying I had hardware issues.

So I created and additional Diagnostics including mcelog.
