fatalfurry
I rebooted my server this afternoon and a few drives are no longer seen. I also see many errors in the SYS log about Bad DLLP. I've turned the server off in the mean time until I know what to do moving forward. tower-diagnostics-20181218-1722.zip Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
LSI HBA failed to initialize, the PCI errors can be related and might be fixed by a bios update and/or swapping the HBA to a different PCIe slot. Quote Link to comment
fatalfurry
I'm on the latest bios for my Asrock Taichi x399. I tried moving the PCI devices around but I keep getting these errors. Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Try adding pci=nommconfto your syslinux.cfg after append initrd=/bzroot, so it would look like: append initrd=/bzroot pci=nommconfto But this could have some drawbacks, ideally a bios update (or a different board) is needed to fix it. fatalfurry
Adding pci=nommconfto to syslinux.cfg did not work. Do you think this is specific to my current board or all versions of the Taichi x399? Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Likely it will be the same for all if using the same bios version. Quote Link to comment
