Ran the htop command from the terminal and it shows that core at about 40%. Not seeing anything in the VM that would be causing it. It could be a glitch in the GUI?

    this happens to me sometimes when I am shutting down the VM.  I also get a AMD-VI Completion Loop Wait timeout error on the screen.  I am no expert so all I know to do is reboot the server...

    I just saw this today. I am not running any VMs. On 6.6.6.

    A reboot fixed it, but no idea what caused it.
