Unable to Access webgui

This is very odd...been running 4.5.4 for sometime and today I can no longer access the webgui via the IP address 10.0.0.8.

I can telnet just fine into the Unraid server via 10.0.0.8.

 

Currently http://10.0.0.8 just times out in both IE 9 (beta) and latest Firefox (non beta build).
