Disk1 got dropped offline and came back again with a different letter, SMART looks fine, check cables but mostly update the HBA firmware to latest, p20 releases before 20.00.07.00 have issues, you're on 20.00.02.00.

    Flashed no problem, checked cables, reconstructing right now.

    I replaced the drive completely and did a SMART test on the old drive, every thing seems fine. Thanks for the help.
