Cache drive full and mover not working

Featured Replies

Hi. My cache drive is currently full and the mover isn't moving over the files to the array.

Possibly you don't have the correct Use Cache setting for your user shares.

Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip file to your next post.

None of your user shares are set to move files from cache to array. And the only shares that are on cache appear to be those that belong there. What is taking up all of your cache? Have you been writing files to the top level of cache? Only folders are part of user shares.

Click on >_Terminal and post a screenshot of the results of this command:

ls -lah /mnt/cache

See here, you might recover some or even a lot of space, depending on how much of the vdisk is actually being used.

What were you expecting mover to do then?

I tried this and it work. My cache drive is now full so now my VM won't start. I just bought a 1TB ssd to replace It but the docker folder is now 380TB as I'm manually transferring it to the array.
