PCIe ACS override question

New to unraid and a bit uneasy with this patch.   Do you see anything here that would become problematic if i change the PCIe ACS override to downstream?  I would like to pass through the gpu and sound to my linux and windows VMs.

I use the patch and have used it on several machines without issues.
