Formatting with 64k blocks

I am using unRAID with SageTV. In the past, SageTV recommended using 64k block sizes. I understand that 64k block size is no longer required. However, I would still like to format with 64k blocks. Is it possible to set the block sizes. If not, what block size is used as a default?
