January 8, 20197 yr EDIT: After some more trial and error, this doesn't appear to be triggered by the 2nd monitor like I had previous thought. I still only get the issue in my Mac VM though, and not my W10 VM. After my High Sierra VM is booted, if I plug in a second monitor (DVI) it causes the VM to crash. My log repeats the following set of lines multiple times: Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: fat__get_entry: 54 callbacks suppressed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61330) failed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61331) failed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61332) failed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61333) failed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61334) failed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61335) failed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61336) failed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61337) failed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61338) failed Jan 8 13:13:28 Command kernel: FAT-fs (sdb1): Directory bread(block 61339) failed I've been running OSX VM (with duel monitors) for about a month and a half now. The second monitor has always caused things to be little buggy (boots to a black screen with the second plugged in, so I have to plug it in after being booted), but has always worked (in both Unraid 6.6.5 & 6.6.6). This crashing issue just randomly started within the past couple days. The only info I can find on the error is that it's a corrupt usb possibly? But I've checked and repaired my Unraid USB with no change, also my VM has a pcie USB card passed completely through.
