Help for offline network storage

Featured Replies

hi guys I would like to setup unraid so its just available locally on the network purely to backup the pcs and documents on the local pcs  is there any way to do this if so is there any videos/documents I can follow ?

thank you

Maybe I don't understand your question. Usually people ask about how to access their server from outside their local network, since normally Unraid is only available on your local network.

Only available on your local network is the way it should be working for you currently unless you have opened ports or put it in the DMZ on your router (DON'T).

hi there, basically I have one drive I was wondering if I can set the server up to backup my one drive files and not delete them when I edit the files on my pc and make them available locally via the network

Still unclear. By "one drive" do you mean a single one of your disk drives? Or do you mean the Microsoft cloud service named "OneDrive"?

Microsoft one drive mate

Your Unraid is a NAS (Network Attached Storage). Any backup software should be able to make backups of anything on your computer to a NAS.
