4 seconds later BTRFS error (device sdo1)

This is a recurring issue (here, here)  in my server: simultaneous errors in multiple disks. Usually I get a red X on 1-2 array disks, and errors in additional disks.

Than only XFS_repair saves my data

This time it seems that I was lucky.

I changes PSU once, cables several times, upgraded BIOS, upgraded onboard HBA firmware (I don't need HBA cards), but still no good.

 

I have an HBA card I can use. Maybe use it for some of the disks (cache?) in order to try to isolate the problem?
