Restarted server and now drives show as needed to be encrypted

After my second to last reboot my drives now show as needing to be encrypted.  I am using XFS - encrypted.

 

I'm not sure what to do,  There is some data on those drives that are very needed.

 

I don't know why the drives don't show locked anymore. 

 

This last time i restarted it started the array as soon as it powered on.

    I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "my drives now show as needing to be encrypted", if it's asking for a new encryption key just enter the existing one, or maybe post a screenshot and the diagnostics.
