New to Unraid - /var/log is 100% full

Featured Replies

Hello All,

    I am new to unRAID (only had it installed for 2 or 3 days), and just getting my basic configuration completed. Using the Fix Common Problems plugin, its reporting /var/log is 100% full. I downloaded the diagnostics and looked over the syslog, but not seeing anything obvious.

Any help with the issue or how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

My last reboot was 22 hours ago. I have one VM, and 3 docker containers currently running.

Really?  You're being spammed by

Quick Google suggests adding either

pci=noaer

or

pci=nomsi

or

pci=nommcon

to the "append" line in syslinux.cfg (Main, Flash Device, Flash, Syslinux configuration)

Alternatively, reseat the add-on cards, try moving them around, look for BIOS updates

All sarcasm aside, I do appreciate you putting me in the right direction. Thanks.

All hardware is new minus the GPU and drives, and BIOS was flashed before unRAID was installed.

ill look up those switches and see what makes sense for my config.
