unraid webgui not loading

Hello Folks,

 

This is the second time with new-ish hardware that this has happened to me.

I am on unraid 6.6.6

The Unraid webgui is not loading in a browser. I tried chrome as well as edge

when I connect the monitor directly to the server there is no signal, monitor stays in power saving mode.

I cannot access some dockers or VMs that are on the server 

I cannot access plex or ubooquity both running in a docker

I cannot ssh via putty to unraid

I can access home assistant that is running in a docker on unraid 

the Shares are still visible over network I can copy data back and forth from unraid

I can ping the server 

 

not sure what next steps to take. I really am trying to avoid an unclean shutdown since last time I did that I had to rebuild a disk, see previous post for more details:
