whats the best way to pass through videocard to VMs

hi i been watching few year old videos and articles  but some confuse me and some didnt work

what works now?

what i have is a Asus Maxmimus VIII Hero board with onboard video 

 and i have a Gigabyete HD7950  video card in slot 1

i trying to setup  to windows 10 vms and pass through the vms to each card not working at the moment..

i read about some bios dump etc  but unraid shows it as optional

 

now if i setup 2 vms one for the internal card and one for the gigabyte.. the screen says no signal

 

now if i setup  3vms    1 internal..  1 Gigabyte and 1 VNC    they i get a black screen for the video card 

i have fiddled with setting it to Seabios as i remember someone said it works well for vnc mode one..

 

but i just curious  what works for 2019  since some of these i read from 2016..  just wanted to know if there is a better video tutorial etc

    i ran that command lspci -v   and this is the 2 video cards  and from when i watched linus tech tips  has to be different groups  i guess it is?    1 is 1.00.0 and other is 00.02.0
