Yesterday I did add a second USB stick to my Unraid server. I try to do some first steps with VMs. BIOS is configured to boot from the correct USB stick.

 

This stick is completely gone after some time. Even Linux can't see it any longer. I have to pull that stick out and put it back in. After the stick is re-connected Linux, Unraid, Unassigned Devices and the VM Edit windows does recognize that USB stick again.

 

Syslog attached.

 

What I see:

usb 2-1.1: device descriptor read/64, error -110

usb 2-1-port1: unable to enumerate USB device

 

After that line the USB sticks is "forgotten". What does that error -110 mean?
