Reboot Changes veth names on dockers

Featured Replies

I couldn't find anything related to my issue. I have unraid 6.6.6 installed. Still new to unraid but about 99% done with transferring and configuring things. This I believe is my last hangup.

I'm using grafana and noticed one of my dashboards quit working. It took me forever to figure out what vlans went with what dockers. Anyways I used dockerveth.sh script to get the names and veth.

Once I found the corresponding veth I put it in grafana as seen below.

After I rebooted I noticed the container veth changed. Is there a way to prevent this from changing?

I always thought the creation of veth* was random by design.
