xxredxpandaxx Posted February 4, 2019 Share Posted February 4, 2019 I am trying to test the new Time Machine over SMB with 6.7.0 but I can't get my 3TB drive to format. I precleared it and was using it fine on 6.6.6, then upgraded to 6.7.0 rc1 and it didn't recognize any shares or information on the drive. I re precleared and tried to format but I click format and it goes through formatting it and goes back to the main page and has a format button again. Quote Link to comment
trurl Posted February 4, 2019 Share Posted February 4, 2019 Your description is missing some details, since you can't preclear a disk already in the array. Did you do a New Config and rebuild parity in order to remove the disk from the array to preclear it? In any case, you should always give us your diagnostics. Quote Link to comment
